Introduction

A nationwide campaign shows how attractive it is to work in the hospitality sector.

Target

The 'Discover Hospitality' campaign makes visible what the hospitality sector has to offer. With inspiring stories and recognisable practical examples, both new talents and existing employees are addressed. The aim is to enthuse young people for a career in the sector and to bind employees by strengthening pride in the profession. This project is a follow-up to the successful 'Be My Guest' campaign and contributes to an attractive and realistic image of the profession.

Target

Future and current employees in the hospitality industry.

Result

A multimedia platform and campaign deployed nationwide, with links to training opportunities and vacancies. The campaign contributes to both the inflow of new people and the retention of employees in the sector.
