Applying for a grant from HOP
This is how it works
Who can apply for a grant
Employer and employee organisations and third parties* can apply to HOP for funding or subsidies to carry out activities.
*(An alliance of several) individual employer(s) or an alliance of several employees who make contributions to HOP under the fund collective agreement.
Applications for 2027
Please note: the deadline for applying for subsidies for 2026 has passed.
Applications for 2027 can be submitted by email between October 1 2026 and October 31 2026 via [email protected]

Conditions
- The maximum grant amount per project is €200,000.
- Granting of (provisional) subsidy only takes place if the conditions as described in the CAO and the AVV assessment framework are met and HOP's resources are sufficient.
- The applicant prepares an annual report using the official format, which can be found at the bottom of this page.
