Introduction
With this project, we offer hospitality workers training that ensures a safe, inclusive and professional working environment.
Target
Fewer and fewer young people are opting for a hospitality education, and many trained professionals are leaving the sector after their studies. This threatens the continuity and quality of the hospitality industry. Therefore, it is important to invest in employee retention and development.
The project aims to address this problem by offering training courses in line with current themes. These trainings focus on social safety, communication and being a good employer. These include dealing with verbal aggression, generations in the workplace, undesirable behaviour, performance reviews and feedback.
By strengthening these knowledge and skills, we improve both the well-being of employees and the quality of service. This way, we contribute to sustainable employability and job satisfaction in a rapidly changing labour market.
Target
Employees and operational managers in the hospitality industry.
Result
The project delivers practical, interactive training that is directly applicable in daily practice. A total of 1,000 employees and managers are trained over two years. Each participant receives a certificate and completes a quality survey, aiming for an average score of 8+. The trainings strengthen social safety, communication and good employment practices, leading to better working conditions and higher service quality. This approach is widely applicable in the hospitality sector and contributes to professionalisation and sustainable employability.
