Target
Employers, HR professionals and managers in the hospitality industry need to be increasingly aware of current developments in labour law and the collective agreement. Changing laws, changes in the collective agreement and complicated personnel issues increase the likelihood of mistakes. These mistakes can cause legal problems and generate unnecessary costs in cases of dismissal, illness or building personnel files.
To make knowledge about this easier and more practical, this project was launched. With training courses and webinars, entrepreneurs and HR staff receive support to improve their human resources management.

Result
E are organised regional training courses and national webinars on labour law, collective agreement application, file building and sickness.
With the HOP subsidy, webinars can be offered for free and training at a reduced rate. This makes knowledge more widely accessible and helps entrepreneurs avoid legal errors.
