This project is developing an e-learning module that will help entrepreneurs understand cost control, price calculation, assortment choices, stock management and marketing. The aim is to provide employers with concrete tools to improve their profitability.

An e-learning in which participants can work independently on topics such as costs versus revenues, margin management, and smart assortment and stock management. The module will be tested with entrepreneurs and then made widely available in the sector.
