A practical e-learning helps hospitality entrepreneurs stay profitable.

Target

Many hospitality entrepreneurs struggle to keep their margins healthy with rising costs. This project is developing an e-learning module that will give entrepreneurs insight into cost control, price calculation, assortment choices, stock management and marketing. The aim is to provide entrepreneurs with concrete tools to improve their profitability.

Target

Hospitality entrepreneurs and executives.

Result

An e-learning in which participants can work independently on topics such as costs versus revenues, margin management, and smart assortment and stock management. The module will be tested with entrepreneurs and then made widely available in the sector.

End date

Expected by the end of 2025.
