Introduction
With the Hospitality Pact, the sector is joining forces to find, retain and develop staff.
Target
The hospitality industry faces structural staff shortages. The Hospitality Pact (HP) is a platform for structural cooperation between industry, education and government. The aim is to increase the influx of new employees, improve development opportunities and strengthen the image of working in the hospitality industry. Through four pillars - labour market campaign, being a good employer, development routes and research - concrete initiatives are developed and supported.
Target
Employers and employees in the hospitality sector.
Result
The Hospitality Pact strengthens the hospitality industry in the long term. By combining knowledge, ideas and actions from within the sector, initiatives are created that contribute to more influx, good employment practices and better development opportunities. This application supports the basis of the pact: the organisation, coordination and cooperation between parties. This will enable the sector as a whole to continue to build together on an attractive and future-proof labour market.
