HOP welcome letter on its way to hospitality businesses

What does the letter say?

In the letter, we ask you to complete your details. You can easily do this using the unique QR code in the letter. It is important that your details are complete, to prevent payment arrears. You will also find information about the first two billing moments this autumn.

What does HOP do to your contribution

HOP is the development fund for the hospitality industry. Employers and employees jointly invest in a strong, attractive and future-oriented sector. With this joint contribution, HOP supports projects that contribute to being a good employer, safe workplaces, training and more influx of new professionals. This is how we build the future of the hospitality industry together.

Some examples of projects currently supported by HOP:

• Collective agreement in B1 language level: the CBA is translated into understandable language so that everyone knows what they are entitled to.
• Renewed RI&E for the hotel and catering industry: with an up-to-date and user-friendly tool, you work more safely and healthily in the hotel and catering industry.
• Policy on margin pressure: an e-learning that helps entrepreneurs deal better with rising costs and falling margins.

Not received a letter or questions about premium collection?

Sole proprietorships that fall under the HOP collective agreement will receive information about the start of the premium collection at a later date.

If you are not a sole proprietorship, fall under the cao-HOP, and have not received a letter by November 14 at the latest, please contact us at [email protected] or call 088 003 96 00 (Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).
