The project aims to raise awareness and provide concrete tools against undesirable behaviour. This is done in cooperation with social partners and the Government Commissioner for Sexually Transgressive Behaviour and Sexual Violence.
The aim is to create a safe working environment for everyone working in the hospitality industry. This is important for good employment practices, employee welfare and the industry's image.
Target
Employers and employees in the hospitality sector.
Result
The project will produce an industry-wide code of conduct that entrepreneurs can easily apply. There will also be a national awareness campaign on social safety and undesirable behaviour.
Social safety training courses are also offered to companies. These trainings help employees and managers recognise and address undesirable behaviour.
The result is a combination of awareness, practical tools and training. This contributes to a safe and respectful work culture in the hospitality industry and helps reduce undesirable behaviour.
