Introduction
The project will give the hospitality sector a strong online pillar for information, so that employees and students can find reliable information on working conditions, collective agreements, pay, working hours and safety through today's digital channels.
Target
The hospitality sector is young, dynamic and highly digitally oriented: employees and students increasingly get their information via social media and are less well reached through traditional means of communication. It is therefore necessary to offer information on terms and conditions of employment and working conditions visibly, up-to-date and comprehensible in the places where the target group is present.
Target
This project targets workers, students and jobseekers in the hospitality industry, with additional focus on young target groups.
Result
By the end of 2026, digital information within the hospitality sector will be more visible and accessible to employees and students. Through social media and online channels, they will find clear information on collective labour agreements, wages, working hours, safe working and training, and will be able to ask questions more easily. The project reaches at least 500,000 people and achieves 150,000 unique views of informative content.
