Employers and employees in the hospitality industry jointly contribute to HOP. It has been agreed in the collective labour agreement that they will each contribute 0.1% of the contributory wage. HOP is a collective agreement made by workers' and employers' organisations. They have agreed that all employers and employees in the hospitality industry make a small contribution to HOP. Because only together can you invest in the future of the sector.
