HOP started on 1 April 2025 and is in the build-up phase. Contributions from employers and employees are used to fund sector-wide projects that benefit the entire hospitality industry. HOP therefore does not provide individual offers, but supports joint initiatives that contribute to better work, development and inflow into the sector.

As soon as the first projects funded from HOP are known, we will put it on the website.

  • The premium is 0.1% of your contributory wage.
  • Your employer deducts this automatically.
  • You will see the premium on your pay slip.

What does that mean for you?

Suppose you earn €3000 gross per month. Then 0.1% premium for HOP is deducted. In this example, it's €2.99 gross per month. The net amount depends on your personal situation, but in this example, you pay about €1.88 net premium per month to HOP.
