How do I know if the premium is deducted correctly?

The HOP premium should be visible on your pay slip. If in doubt, contact your employer or HOP via the contactformulier on this website.

No, the social partners - De Horecabond, CNV and KHN - decide together on how to spend the money. They choose projects that strengthen the entire hospitality sector.
